Talk Session: “Scaling Startups from Fukuoka – Growth Strategies and Open Innovation” - 16:35~17:15

In the growth journey of startups, going public in the capital markets remains a significant milestone. However, with the tightening of listing maintenance requirements, exit strategies have become increasingly complex, giving rise to new options such as M&A, swing-by listings, and reverse takeovers.

For startups originating from regional cities, an equally critical factor for accelerating growth is how effectively they incorporate open innovation through collaboration with corporations and local governments.

In this session, we will explore growth strategies for Fukuoka-based startups from multiple perspectives, bringing together insights from investors, corporations, and startup supporters.
